    How pricing works

    Pricing based on your space.

Tell us the area you want to cover and the rooms you want to understand individually. Our calculator turns those details into an initial estimate for your deployment.

    01

    Tell us about your space

Enter the floor area you want to cover. It sets the coverage your estimate starts from.

    02

    Add the rooms that matter

Add the rooms you want to see on their own: presence, activity, and how each space is used through the day.

The calculator brings both together into an indicative subscription and sensor count. Our team then reviews your layout and integration needs to confirm configuration and final pricing.

The model behind the number: $1 per covered ft² per year for building intelligence, plus $100 per sensor per year. One sensor typically covers up to 1,500 ft² of open floor, so more rooms tracked individually means more sensors and a higher estimate. Sensors are bundled on multi-year agreements or purchased up front; installation is scoped per site. Every figure the calculator returns is illustrative and not confirmed pricing.

    Open-plan

Fewer, wider-coverage sensors. Lowest hardware per square foot.

    Offices + meeting rooms

The typical corporate floor: open areas plus a sensor for each tracked room.

    Highly partitioned

Hotels, clinics and labs, where most rooms need their own reading.

Buying through a networking channel partner? Aqusense is also available as a per-sensor hardware SKU with an annual cloud license.

How the annual figure is built: $1.00 per ft² per year × 10,000 ft² + $100 per sensor per year × 24 sensors. One sensor typically covers up to 1,500 ft² of open floor; add more rooms tracked individually and you need more sensors, so the estimate goes up with them.

    First installation

    10,000 ft² · 20 rooms · 24 sensors

One floor or zone, live in 30 days, measured against your own baseline before you decide to scale.

This is illustrative and not confirmed pricing. It starts at $1 per covered ft² per year plus $100 per sensor per year. Sensor count assumes up to 1,500 ft² of open area per sensor and one sensor per individually tracked room; a site survey confirms the final layout. Pricing excludes installation and taxes.

    Questions

    Before you book a demo

    Is this a quote?

No. It's a planning estimate. A short site survey confirms the sensor layout and the final price.

Do we need new network infrastructure?

Each sensor needs one Power over Ethernet (PoE) port and draws under 1.5 W. It can sit in an Ethernet port, mount on a ceiling, or rest under a table. Switch compatibility and VLAN requirements are confirmed during scoping.

    What does the pilot cost?

Pilot fees and what they include are confirmed when your pilot is scoped.

    What happens after 30 days?

You review measured results against your baseline and decide to scale, adjust or stop.

Can one sensor cover several small rooms?

Today we plan one sensor per individually tracked room. Open areas share sensors.
